Tour Details

What are the different tours you offer?
Full Day (5–8 hrs, $129), Half Day (3.5 hrs, $99), and 2 Hour Multnomah Falls Tour ($79).
What’s the difference between your tours?
The full day offers the most flexibility and views. The half day is our most popular. The 2 hour is quick and efficient.
Which tour is best for kids?
Tours are for ages 16+. Try Waterfall Shuttle for family-friendly options.
Do I get a guide?
No live guide, but a digital guide and in-person orientation are provided.
What should I bring?
Dress for the weather. Bring water, snacks, and wear closed-toe shoes.
Are there restrooms along the route?
Yes, at major stops like Ainsworth, Multnomah Falls, Latourell, and Cascade Locks.
Are food or drinks included?
No, but options are available at Multnomah Falls and Cascade Locks.

Logistics

Where is the meeting location?
63006 NE Frontage Road (I-84 Exit 35), 5 min from Cascade Locks. Free safe parking is available.
Is there transportation from Portland?
No. We recommend Turo car rentals or taxi. Uber drops off but doesn’t pick up.
Can I take public transportation?
No. Rental car or taxi is required.
Do I need a permit to visit Multnomah Falls?
Not with our bikes. Otherwise, yes, but parking is not guaranteed.
When should I arrive?
Arrive 20 minutes before your reservation time.

Equipment & Safety

What kind of bikes do you use?
Rad Power Bikes – Rover, Runner, Mission, and City. Suitable for riders 4’10” to 6’8″, up to 300 lbs.
Do you provide helmets?
Yes, Smith helmets with MIPS technology. Disinfected between use.
Can I bring my own equipment?
No. We provide everything you need.
Is it physically demanding?
No. E-bikes do most of the work. Hiking is optional.
Is it safe?
Yes. Oregon roads are bike-friendly and we provide on-call support.
Is it accessible for seniors or those with conditions?
Seniors who can ride comfortably are welcome. If not, we recommend Waterfall Shuttle.

Do you operate rain or shine?
Yes, except in heavy rain (0.5″+), in which case we reschedule or refund.
Do you operate year-round?
Primarily May–October. Open in winter for large groups if weather permits.
