We had a great time! John was informative and super helpful and friendly. Loved our half day tour but wish we would have done the full day since we ran out of time to do all the stops.

This was my first time on a e-bike for a longer ride. The staff were so helpful and I felt comfortable immediately. I had to have a new battery delivered because I went off on a “tangent”. They came quickly and were very gracious about it. I highly recommend the waterfall tour!

We had an excellent experience! From start to finish they were great communicators, professional, and friendly. Pro tip— book via phone to save the online processing fee. We got to take our pick from a few types of e-bikes. They were in great shape and road well. They had ample helmet sizes, outfitted our bikes with crates for our bags, and provided easy to use locks. The ride on Hwy. 30 was magical with incredible scenery and views. There were very few cars and they were all patient and willing to share the road. We booked the 3.5 hr and it was just barely enough time to see all 6 falls… and that was with some rushing required at the end. If you were to skip one to give yourself more time we recommend skipping Multnomah. It’s beautiful, but it’s the most crowded, there are images/paintings of it all over Portland, and it’s the only one you can’t get very close to. With the other 5 you could get a much more intimate look at /experience with. Our favorite fall was Horsetail. We recommend being prepared to wade or swim in the pool beneath it. Thanks so much to E-bike Multnomah Falls for a five star experience and happy exploring everyone!!!

This was an incredible way to be outdoors and see the falls along the Columbia River Gorge! Skip the parking fiasco and do this tour! You will share the frontage road with cars so be aware. I highly recommend a weekday for less traffic. The written instructions are perfect for the self-guided bike tour. Mr Hawaii was great for pre-tour instruction & food recs afterwards! Thanks & sorry we didn’t catch your name!

What an amazing experience. I booked the all day and was able to get in all the waterfalls to the west and still had time to head east and see even more. Bobbie was great in helping on the phone and Brian is great getting you all set up and out on the road. This is a must do for anyone with even a little bit of adventure in your blood.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an awesome experience doing the e-bike waterfall tour! The bike operator was conveniently located and everyone was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They provided a really detailed map that made the route easy to follow, and we were able to see six amazing waterfalls along the way. Doing the waterfalls by e-bike was honestly one of the best parts. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking at each stop or constantly getting in and out of the car—we could just ride, enjoy the scenery, and stop at the waterfalls. Everyone we passed trying to find parking seemed jealous of our bikes! We ended up needing a little more time than planned to finish the route, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful about it, which we really appreciated. Such a fun and unique way to experience the waterfalls. Beautiful scenery, a great route, and a stress-free way to see so much in one day. We would absolutely recommend it!

Wonderful Waterfalls! Great way to see the falls. It is a beautiful ride there and back. We thought there was a guide but you kind of do your own thing based on directions you download. So, if you like doing things at your own pace this is for you!

So much fun!!! We had so much fun!! Location to meet was easy. There’s no guide but John did a job explaining things. First time riding an e-bike and it was great. The path to the falls was beautiful, easy and relaxing. We were also offered ice cream and a drink after we got back. Just an amazing experience

Awesome! Beautiful waterfalls combined with biking and hiking! Highly recommend! Shout out to John who instructed us with great knowledge. He gave us recommendations of other fun things we could do during our stay. He was very personable! I would recommend having some Ebike experience as you are traveling on roads with some traffic and limited bike lanes. Dress in layers as the hiking gets warm and the biking is cooler. Good hiking shoes and water bottles also recommended.

Gorgeous, scenic and fun! We had such a wonderful time doing this Ebike tour. It was something a bit out of our comfort zone but John made us feel comfortable and at ease with the bike. This is the most beautiful drive/ride I have ever been on. I live in the pacific NW so I am used to beautiful scenery but the beauty of the waterfall tour blew my mind. I will always remember visiting all the falls, stopping to hike and the gorgeous views along the way. 100/10 recommend.

Wonderful with few exception This was an absolute amazing way to see the falls and enjoy the e-bikes. It really was exhilarating to ride the bikes to each stop along the tour. They really need an interactive map that will track your progress and give you updates. Our directions were to turn left, left and left. While that worked, it would have been much more reassuring to have a map that updated in real time. The exit with the bikes are perilous. If they had the bikes at the bottom of the hill, it would be much safer. I would not do this tour if we had small children or even young teenagers. You have to share the road with all of the automobile traffic. The drivers were very courteous, but I would have not wanted my kids to ride w the danger of swerving in front of a car. The tour was perfect with a few recommendations.

Beautiful ride with a couple issues The pickup and assistance from the company went very well. Any issues we had were not with the company. Our main issue was the traffic on the road where we rode, mainly on the way back. There were many small potholes on the road which made it more difficult to ride. I recommend this ebike tour, but it might be better on a weekday.

Highlight of our visit to the Columbia Gorge! When you mix the most beautiful waterfalls in the world with e-biking through a wonderland of green, it is pretty tough to go wrong! We had high expectations and this tour fulfilled those expectations. A shout-out to Mino for his great customer service, care, and tips to help make our experience a good one. We would repeat this tour without hesitation and would recommend it to any friend.
