The Columbia Gorge Bike Path Tour is on a dedicated bike path. The Waterfall Corridor Tour is on an Oregon State bike route that’s shared with cars. ODOT has installed “Share the road” signs on the shared road and and after 5 successful seasons we have hundreds of reviews and 4.9+ ratings on TripAdvisor and Google along with a Badge of Excellence.
We often do and can accommodate up to 50 e-bike riders. We have the ability to transport up to 42 guests and bikes to any destination in the PNW. Contact us with your idea and we’ll make it happen.
Our office address is 403 Portway Ave Unit 300 Hood River OR 97031. This is the only location where we conduct business.
Tours and rentals are delivered to the most scenic parts of Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. We go the extra mile to deliver the perfect Gorge experience whether it’s on the historic highway state trail or in the waterfall corridor.
Participants must be over 16 years old and able to walk a couple of miles. The electric bikes makes riding effortless and the cooling affect of the falls is amazing in the warm summer weather.
Self Guided – We provide a guide, show you how to use the bike, and you ride to epic waterfalls, viewpoints, short hikes, and have a day you’ll never forget. It’s easy and you’ll have the cell number of your host who is there to help with any questions or issues.
If rain is likely on your booking we will call a day or two prior and attempt to reschedule to a time that works for you. If we’re unable to reschedule and the tour is cancelled we will offer a refund or offer to switch you to a comparable tour from waterfall shuttle. Guests can cancel with 24 hours notice for a full refund.
In the heat, visiting waterfalls is one of the best ways to cool off and enjoy a warm summer day.
Once you have booked your Multnomah Falls E-bike Adventure we will send you a link to our digital guide in the confirmation email. The digital guide is a scrollable page that takes you from start to finish along your e-bike route. It outlines each suggested stop and the distances and time it should take you to travel from waterfall to waterfall.

Most of our customers drive with a rental car.
If you don’t have a car here’s what to do:
- Visit Waterfallshuttle.com and book one of our hiking tours. These pickup and drop off at all downtown Portland hotels.
- Call Radio Cab, they pickup and drop off at our location.
- Order an Uber, they’ll drop you off. They might pick you up, if not you’ll call Radio Cab
Pedaling is light, the bike’s power is equivalent to two professional cyclists. It’s only exercise if you want it to be. The hikes are optional.
Absolutely, the bike path is very safe and modern our Columbia Gorge Tour there is amazing. The waterfall corridor route is on a Scenic Byway, an official State of Oregon bike route shared with cars. Use hand signals for safety and wear the helmet provided. Our customers say there was much less traffic than expected, they felt safe, and drivers were courteous. This is not your a 55mph highway, it’s a slow scenic drive like through a National Park.
In 2 hours you can see some of the falls. If you want time to see it all and do some short hikes do a half day. Stop and eat a picnic or enjoy the Multnomah falls restaurant and book for a full day.
Depending on the length of your rental a water bottle or some snacks can be a nice thing to bring. Comfortable clothes suitable for biking in the weather are a must. Bring a swimsuit if you want to go in.
